This was a joint effort between C.B.R.E. Commercial Real Estate, Jones Lang Lesale Commercial Real Estate and Kelly's Office furniture, to produce a smart budget conscious design. This display suite has been in operation since the completion of the building and continues to aid in the sale and leasing of  the Commercial Suites.

LARGE COMMERCIAL OFFICE FIT OUTS.
KKelly's Office Furniture can help you to produce your dream office, no matter how large or small. Below are the pictures from a Large Commercial office fit out over three floors . The building is a purpose built labratory and office space for a Pharmaxis Ltd. Project Managed by Hooker Cockram Projects Ltd. Kelly's Office Furniture produced the Reception, meeting and Board rooms, a Kitchen and Break out area for 60 people, print areas with built in storage, 140 workstations ranging from hot desking for Labratory staff to full sized workstations for Administration. All furniture was manufactured in Sydney, with Kelly's Office Furniture completing the furniture part of the project in 8 Weeks. Pharmaxis Ltd now fully occupy the building and have an ongoing relationship with Kelly' Office Furniture.
